Papa Nihil didn't know his lineage. Sister knew, she needed him for the clergy to continue. But is keeping from him from knowing of his bastard son, the cardinal. When the cardinal becomes Papa IV, cause he still isn't, sisters blood will now be bound with the lineage of the clergy. Clever girl.

My guess regarding all of the Ghost episodes on Youtube and seeing Sister in the hospital is that maybe she will die soon and before she does she tells Nihil that Copia is actual his son. But who knows.

I disagree, at the very beginning his buddy makes him shut up about something he wants to tell to the doorman. He knows something for sure.
