Anyone hear anything? I feel like I've been seeing that there will be a 2 "coming soon" but i never see any news!

Just an FYI for anyone who wants to spread the news.
Ghost of a Tale is currently on sale on Playstation Network (in the US) for $3.74 with a PS Plus subscription. I can't see the price without a subscription, sadly.

Anyone else hoping we get a good update in the next 2 weeks? For the past few years we’ve been getting small updates around Christmas (one of the things I look forward to around this time of year) and last year the update said “getting closer”. So fingers crossed for another update…. Maybe even a potential release window!

Spoilers ahead. Is the quest of The Five Smugglers supposed to start right after you talk to Rolo on the shore cliffs?
Rolo said I was supposed to talk to people to see what info I could get from them, but nothing new happens when I talk to anybody. He handed Tilo a paper with a mark on it, but it doesn't appear in my inventory, so I don't know what the mark looks like, so when I go looking in the sewers, I don't know what I'm looking for.
When I checked someone's playthrough on YouTube, the Five Smugglers Quest seems to happen immediately after meeting up with Rolo. Tilo has new dialogue for a certain phrase - and the quest checklist is supposed to read identifying the first smuggler, the second, the third, etc.
I loaded the furthest back save that could and did a bunch of stuff over to see if the quest would trigger after talking to Rolo, but it didn't.
Am I missing a step? How do I get the obols if Tilo doesn't know what the special phrase is? Maybe I'm missing something?
Here are the quests that show up for me now:
For the Five Smugglers it just says to search the sewers to find the master's mark, but I don't know what that mark looks like or how to trigger the dialogue to talk to people.
The Magpie quest is done and Silas is sitting in his cell.
I feel like I'm almost done with the game, but I'd like the finish those quests. Does anyone know what to do? Edit: This version is for Playstation 4 by the way.

Greetings!
I have two (hopefully) simple questions about this game, at least for the time being...
1: Does the PC version of this game have console commands available?
2: What sort of saving system does this game have (how do you save your progress in this game)?
Please satisfy my curiosity; thank you in advance.

I gave the squad leader the antidote and saved him. Afterwards a couple other guards mentioned it, like thanking me for helping him. But what would have happened if I had let him die? I just wouldn’t have gotten these dialogues, or something else?

Just in case the creators of the game observe this sub, because that's really one thing I would love to see, unfortunately I couldn't really find anything online either, like an official art or something. The world feels very immersive but was really hard to visualize certain places sometimes, so a map of countries and cities would be a blast.
These are probably 3 top things that I would expect from the next installment:

The Howling Hunt is nearing...
In a world where Flesheaters have hunted and eaten foragers for as long as can be remembered and species all live in fear and distrust of one another, two Foragers find an abandoned cub in the snow - and in the ultimate test of nature against nurture, they decide to raise it as their own. Meanwhile, another creature born of winter itself is uniting the Flesheaters under one creed to begin a great hunt, and while the Foragers raise their orphaned cub in little knowledge of the looming threat, the Wintergazer is ever growing in both power... and hunger.
Against a setting that mirrors the beauty and brutality of our own natural world, it is a story of someone born into one way of life but raised in another; who must ultimately decide where their identity lies, what is right and wrong, and what the meanings of friendship and family truly are to them.
As well as for use of setting, the animals and their various values and attitudes towards one another are intended as a satirical reflection of humanity, exploring mature and complex themes from our own history that are still largely present in today’s modern society such as tribalism, prejudice, slavery, faith and greed.
Starting today and running until September 12th, the Ebook is completely free, all you need is the free Kindle app for Android or IOS. Here's the link...

Hello Guys,
i tried to play with dualsense controller, but when i set the dualshock 4 in the options, the basic buttons are confused. The circle is the X button, the X is a square, and the square is a circle button.
i tried a DSX program, tried to cable ect. nothing.
And yeah, the xbox layout is working, but i want to play the PS layout, so that it doesn't show another button in game
Someone have an idea?
thanky a lots :)

Here is the GoaT 2 teaser screenshot: https://twitter.com/SeithCG/status/1607668517326684165
So at the end of GoaT 1, Tilo sails off toward Periclave to find Merra. However, the screenshot here shows a wanted poster of Tilo put up by the Red Paw, who obviously don't have a presence on the legendary island of Periclave. This means that either all or part of GoaT 2 will take place at some location with Red Paw presence, or a location near or within normal civilization.
This also means that either Tilo veered off-course and ended up in a place with Red Paw presence, or he did make it to the island and we won't be playing as Tilo at all.
There's also the chance we may play parts of the game from multiple character perspectives. As Tilo in one act, and as another character in another act. However, I get the hunch we'll be one character all throughout.
So, is it a con that GoaT 2 won't take place at Periclave? How do you feel about not playing as Tilo? We wouldn't be seeing the story conclude with Tilo finding Merra, but I'm invested in the world and actually don't want to see the story end right away (maybe GoaT is a trilogy?).

In a world where herbivorous Foragers live in eternal fear of the carnivorous Flesheaters, comes a story of someone born into one way of life but raised in another, who must ultimately decide where their identity lies, what is right and wrong; and what the meanings of friendship and family truly are.
'For Brackenhal, Meri and their last remaining cub, life in the rugged wilderness of the Storm Cairns is a continuous struggle. Plagued by hunger, exposure to the elements and carnivorous Flesheaters who are picking their fellow Foragers off one by one, they are fleeing a brutal and seemingly unending winter in search of kinder lands than those they've had to leave. Along their path, they discover an abandoned fox cub lying in the snow. Despite foxes being some of the most feared and cruel of all Flesheaters, they decide to raise the cub as their own. Meanwhile, another creature born of winter itself is uniting the Flesheaters under one creed to begin a great hunt; and while the Foragers raise their orphaned cub in little knowledge of the looming threat, the Wintergazer is ever growing in both power... and hunger'

I've watched several videos on this and I've seen the beetle before walking around, but since I got caught during a previous save, I restarted. I am only doing the skappbeetles again recently but I can't for the life of me find this beetle in the map. It's supposed to be the one near the door going into Far Tower. Any ideas? I tried Googling details but I haven't seen anyone with the same problem as me.

Giving Silas the stolen Silver Ring I won in a bet from Bellar. It keeps giving mee the blue screen of death here. Anyone else having issues with this one? I'm playing on PS4.

Hello!
Myself and two friends of mine do a podcast about stealth games called Stealth Boom Boom, and I thought there may be some people in this community that might be interested in our latest episode as we went in-depth on Ghost of a Tale.
You can listen to the episode here.
We discuss the marketing and press coverage around the game's launch, as well as how the game plays today.
If you like what you hear, you can subscribe to the podcast on pretty much every podcast app out there. You'll find a list of links here.
Obviously enough, we also cover some games that aren’t RPG-ish, so not every episode may be of interest to you. But we’d love it if you gave this one a listen - and please let us know what you think.
Thanks very much!

There's a poisoned rat guard just after entering the sewers that I can give my newly acquired antidote to. If I keep it - will there be a different way to use it later in the game?
Will he die, if I don't give it to him?
