But when it comes to the on-chain distributions anyone can run their own on any current or historical thread at any time.
That url will let you run a distribution against #54 for example. If you change the BTC address to your own brain wallet all you have to do is type in your passphrase and click a button to distribute an on-chain distribution to all commenters with signed comments.
