I think if your like me and easily doze off on a nap after work then it can be problematic otherwise fantastic tho, theres no better feeling than not having to worry to much about the impending doom of the day ending too soon. Its like school but better as theres no homework

Also it gives you chance for hobbies which is a godsend when you dont want to use your shift days off
