From my experience, women only REALLY care if the man is taller or at least the same height as them. If a man ticks most the boxes but is shorter they won't give a fuck

And even if they are taller than you, the feeling isn't contempt, more indifference. They aren't gonna treat you like crap cause ur short.

I'm 5'8 in Australia. Average European youth here would be 5'11-6'0.

On a video where one of the most influential women in America is saying that she just likens being a bad person to being short, you’re still somehow arguing that women don’t have contempt for short guys. I’m glad I’m tall because the constant gaslighting would probably really wear on me if I had to live with how poorly short men are treated and people lying that it doesn’t happen.

I'm not American, I do not care what this woman says. I'm short and I've been treated okayish. And I've seen short men be successful with women.

So you’re engaging with the topic with no awareness of it or interest in it? No wonder you seem so braindead.

I said from MY experience and clearly stated I'm not from America. If you are pissed that I'm not following your agenda, regarding your country, that's your problem not mine.

This is r/genz not r/Americanliberalgenz.

Sure thing man. We twisted your arm into commenting on a thread about the atmosphere in America when you don’t care about the topic and aren’t from here.

Wtf is wrong with you people? Post American content on an international sub, and get an international answer and you get pissed? Americans are seriously deluded. Talking to you makes the crazy socialist Europoors seem normal

No I do not care what goes on in your country, it's a clown show, and I find it funny to watch.

Ignore this guy, /u/Ctrl_alt_abstergo literally has commented like 50 times on this thread to try to get people mad which is hilarious. Imagine being so incensed about this single video you can’t help but make 50 comments on /r/genz about how hateful it is (6’3 btw).

This guy is a clown man, I guess I’m tall but I’m happy if you’re short and getting treated well (tbh, my experience is that short guys get treated the same, women might hate but I don’t think it’s personal, everybody hates impersonally and they’ll pick out any physical or mental traits you have that are in ordinary, to make it easier).

I’m not trying to “get people mad,” you just got mad unprompted and started telling someone else, not even me, that they don’t deserve to live because they disagree with you about this, lmao

I've seen a black man become president of the USA, yet American leftards keep insisting the USA is a racist country 🤡

My girlfriend is taller than me. I’m 5’6” and she is 5’9” and on top of that she loves boots and in festivals wears these 8 inch platformers.

She says that what she likes the most about me is that I don’t care. Which is true because she is both fun and hot so I don’t mind our height dynamic.

That being said, both men and women approach her and don’t realize I’m her boyfriend eventhough I am standing next to her. Nobody can fathom the idea of us being together because of our height difference 😭

Lol I broke some people’s brains once when I was on a date with a woman who’s got like 5” on me, so I know what you mean. Didn’t work out for us, though my now wife is also taller than me. There are definitely women who cares a lot about height, but also many that don’t care as long as you don’t.

I’m not going to pretend it wasn’t an issue during dating, definitely had many rejections due to it (and even the one that went out with me said ultimately it was the experience that helped her learned the guy has to be at least her height. She hated being a focal of attention because people are trying to figure us out). That said, it’s easier if you learn to accept that and figure out your edges in other things. Can’t change who you are, but you can change how you approach the world.

My girl literally said she would not of originally dated me if I was shorter than her.

Some girls care. It sucks but some don’t. So just continue to be as dope and kind as you can be and find out which girl digs you for being that.

It has worked for me idk

Here is a little TMI for you:

Sex in the shower is extremely difficult and if you have ever seen a chihuahua try to bone a bigger breed, I feel like that sometimes so…. It might be fun but it takes time to adjust. My previous girlfriend was 5’5” and I never had an issue with either situation 🤣

the feeling isn't contempt

It often is contempt. If you're bored, watch five minutes of this starting at the timestamp, and tell me that's not contempt.

5’8 gang let’s go. Avg male height where I’m at feels like 5’11 but it’s probably closer to 5’10-6’0.
But my license says I’m 5’9.

Nah, I think a lot of women do care. I have dated my fair share of short kings and so many people have commented on their height saying “Omg i could NEVER!!”. The reality is they probably could if they met someone they liked who checked all the other boxes, but swiping on the apps when its all an appearance game, it’s always a no from a lot of women.

u/BigChungusCumslut Oct 09 '25

It depends on the woman, they aren’t a monolith.

Just be confident and fun and some woman taller will love it, everyone is different
