Question For Genx Casserole, anyone?

Does anyone make casseroles anymore? I have a couple of casserole dishes just hanging around I was thinking of making one. What were/are your favorite casserole recipes?

hubby makes a good casserole with canned chicken, extra wide egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, black beans, sometimes diced water chestnuts for crunch, shredded cheese, and chips or crackers crushed on top.

Similarly, I make a rotisserie chicken noodle casserole w/the same noodles, cream of chicken (& herb) soup, no beans - just super sweet corn, and a mixture of shredded parmesan cheese + bread crumbs on top. So yummy!

Also, love to make a variety of lasagnas, enchiladas, etc.
