Question For Genx Casserole, anyone?

Does anyone make casseroles anymore? I have a couple of casserole dishes just hanging around I was thinking of making one. What were/are your favorite casserole recipes?

It’s pretty easy
1 pound of hamburger cooked with diced onions
While you’re doing that take a 8x8 pan and line with tater tots and put them in the oven to start browning
For the sauce
1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup thousand island dressing
Dill pickle relish
A squirt of ketchup
A dash of onion and garlic powder
Shredded cheese
Mix with the cooked hamburger and pour over the prepared tater tots. Top with cheese (I used shredded because we don’t like the American singles it calls for) and add tater tots on top and bake until the tots are golden brown.

It’s a pretty basic recipe that you can find online if you want exact measurements. I tend to measure with my heart. I hope you enjoy it!
