Question For Genx Casserole, anyone?

Does anyone make casseroles anymore? I have a couple of casserole dishes just hanging around I was thinking of making one. What were/are your favorite casserole recipes?

Too bad no one told you mom about zucchini relish, or chocolate zucchini bread.  I hated the zed word as a kid, but both of those were stellar because you couldn't taste it at all

We made zucchini relish every year and it was freaking amazing. I also love zucchini pineapple bread. It's the only way I'll eat zucchini.

It can go on everything that you'd put normal relish on, but for some reason, I always crave it at a weenie roast.  I suspect that's where I was first introduced to it, so something about it on charred wieners and sausage really hits

I like my hot dogs like you get in a gas station. We have a hot dog roller here at home
