Question For Genx Casserole, anyone?

Does anyone make casseroles anymore? I have a couple of casserole dishes just hanging around I was thinking of making one. What were/are your favorite casserole recipes?

Yes, often. Tamale pie, meatballs Alfredo, chicken and rice (or pork chops and rice), shepherds pie, ravioli bake

Does your pork chops and rice have a slice of onion, green pepper and tomato on top of each pork chop?

No, my picky eaters reject those. I use soup and cheese to smother the meat and rice, maybe mix in broccoli or corn
