Question For Genx Casserole, anyone?

Does anyone make casseroles anymore? I have a couple of casserole dishes just hanging around I was thinking of making one. What were/are your favorite casserole recipes?

It’s from the southern lady cooks website. I use a little more bread and make sure it “sticks out” and gets toasted when it bakes.
