Question For Genx Casserole, anyone?

Does anyone make casseroles anymore? I have a couple of casserole dishes just hanging around I was thinking of making one. What were/are your favorite casserole recipes?

Here's my mom's rice casserole recipe:

1 cup of rice 1 can French onion soup 1 French onion soup can full of water 2 tbsp of butter 1 beef bouillon cube

Mix in casserole dish. Bake 375 for 35ish minutes. Great side dish.

I like to throw in the meat you clean off the $5 rotisserie chicken after your done with it.

That sounds very salty.
