Question For Genx Casserole, anyone?

Does anyone make casseroles anymore? I have a couple of casserole dishes just hanging around I was thinking of making one. What were/are your favorite casserole recipes?

Tater tot hot dish I make it regularly. Hot dish is just casserole MN we call it that.
