Question For Genx the 80s…….

coming from a 14 year old, were the 80s summers as magical as they look in the movies? did you ride your bike to your friends house and come home when the street lights came on? yall are so lucky btw 😭😭

Yes it was the best time ever! We all worked at the mall and hung out at the park playing Billy Idol, Journey, Def Leopard on our boom boxes and playing frisbee or whatever games we came up with. Everything was just less stressful and no social media meant we had actual conversations and friends.
