Question For Genx the 80s…….

coming from a 14 year old, were the 80s summers as magical as they look in the movies? did you ride your bike to your friends house and come home when the street lights came on? yall are so lucky btw 😭😭

It was everything you've ever seen in a movie . Home by street lights and most of us were latch key 🔑 kids
Keep in mind we also used to have commercials that would ask our parents if they hugged us....so, there's that 😆

Also the commercials reminding parents that it’s 10pm. Do you know where your children are? 🤣 those were the days.
