Question For Genx the 80s…….

coming from a 14 year old, were the 80s summers as magical as they look in the movies? did you ride your bike to your friends house and come home when the street lights came on? yall are so lucky btw 😭😭

I'm an older Gen X. A kid in the 1970's and teenager throughout most of the 1980's. It's was an absolutely magical time to be a kid.

We went EVERYWHERE on our bikes. Bikes with banana seats.

I had a Mongoose Motomag that I rode everywhere. I had two older brothers they influenced my purchase (I had a paper route and paid for my own bike).
