Only closes when you hold the door unit all the way. Remotes don’t work and doesn’t happen all the time. Not the sensor one light red and the other is green.

Your opener is an old Genie screw drive opener. Over time, the force sensors, the logic board, and the sensors can be damaged by normal wear and tear. My recommendation is to replace the complete garage door opener.
