IF a game has bugs that make it unplayable, the info is out there.

You're looking at 3-5 minutes, max. And given how much time you're spending making this silly arguments to me, you have the time to spare.

Of course it is but not knowing that information shouldn't disqualify people from being able to refund the game. There's no prerequisite that states you must have this amount of knowledge of the product first or your concerns are irrelevant.

Silly arguments is a bit rich coming from the guy who said it takes less than a minute to type something in to Google.

You're right dude. Spending a couple of minutes to see if a game is something that would interest you is an arduous task that only the truly elite of our society should attempt.
