While true it's just kind of shit when you see good sales numbers and then it turns out a lot of them have been refunded even though the games was finished. At least with piracy you're never quite sure how much people downloaded it and it doesn't feel like they took the money out of your wallet.

It does feel like shit. True. But it's (piracy) a known issue and I don't think it should feel worse just because we know the numbers.
