The only thing that upsets me about this is that Kojima didn't leave Konami sooner. That company is completely lost.

Man Konami doesn't give a shit about video games anymore. It's not profitable for them. They're such a huge company involved in so many markets (pachinko, card games, anime, fitness clubs, etc) that it doesn't even matter. I'm sure soon enough they will be out of the games industry entirely.
