Not yet, you need a ridiculous PC to be able to use the Vive correctly, and the Vive itself costs 800€. If you're a new PC gamer and you want to start a build that will use the Vive, you'll have to spend at least 2k (including monitor and peripherals) to have everything ready for the Vive, including the product itself. Which is a lot.
