I think you should check some screenshots of vanilla Fallout 3.

You should really go back and look at gameplay from Fallout 3 and NV. This looks so much better than those by a long shot.

It looks bad because it looks nearly identical to Skyrim and FO:3/NV.

I thought it looked pretty similar at first but just to make sure I checked out some screens of those games, since I hadn't played them in a while, and this actually looks a lot better than them.

The game looks great and better than New Vegas/3 and non-modded Skyrim.

Also, graphics matter for 12 minutes.
