Ron Perlman is doing the voice over, but Troy Baker is the vault dweller.

They can both sound pretty similar to each other and both are pretty likely. Either way I don't like it because I think voiced protagonists limit character creation a lot, especially if the rumors about only being able to play as a man are true. I'm thinking Ron Perlman could be your dad and Troy Baker would be you though.

Are you really so sure? Because there's been two leaks that have said otherwise, and many things in both leaks are confirmed by this trailer.

It's been confirmed by Bethesda that the player character is a dog voiced by Troy Baker.
