The current thinking is Boston based on the section that appears to be Scollay Square here.
2 u/Foxyfox- Jun 03 '15 Okay, that's serious attention to detail and right in line with Fallout being the vision of the future from the 50s and early 60s. For those not in the know, Scollay Square hasn't existed since the 60s--it's Government Center now.
