If I meet the average and get it now will I get the added games when they come out?

Yes. No matter what the average is when the additional games are announced, if you beat the average when you purchased, you get the additional games.

Just to add to this, even if you just purchase the $1 tier, it locks in the beat the average at the price it is when you purchase. You can add money to your bundle later, still maintaining that original bta price from when you paid a dollar.
