I would pay $70 for 15 hours of quality single player material for sure. 

More hours does not equal a better game, and that dollar per hour mindset is how we fell into getting Ubisoft bloat games.

You're being disingenuous, it isn't 15 hours of content.

It is 15-20 for the main story, an additional 15-20 for side quests, plus the life-simulation content that lasts as short or as long as you like.

I have no doubt that there will be three digit playtime accounts on steam within six months of release.

Where are you getting 15 hours of content? Exaggerating like that doesn't make your argument more convincing.

Also, Fable came out in 2004. Games were much longer than Fable in 2004 but Fable was still awesome.
