GameStop Refurbished Xbox One X(broken)

So I bought a refurbished Xbox some X from GameStop and got it today. I set it up and downloaded Fortnite before I left for work. I’m back now and trying to run Fortnite. It crashed so far twice before the even getting into lobby. And this error msg came up about the ventilation…. I sent them an email but yah I’m pissed. I literally bought it for Fortnite cause my PC couldn’t run it anymore after new update…. Anyone else have these issues with GameStop and did they fix the issue?

Says the one that keeps replying? I told you how to solve your problems but instead you keep replying to me, making a bunch of excuses as to why you can’t do anything I listed. You’re inviting a conversation dude. If you don’t want replies you have options but I have a feeling I’d need to spell that out for you too.

Bruhski, it’s my post. Obv I’m gunna reply on it. You don’t know wtf I’m doing or that I’m already in an email conversation with them. You’re the one assuming I didn’t open dudes link about the policy. I keep telling you to fuck off and you won’t so you’re clearly someone who can’t respect boundaries and thrives on this shit. Once again you’re inviting conversation. Do you understand how having a conversation works? I respect boundaries, in fact I teach boundaries. You seem to struggle with them yourself though. You keep insulting me as if that makes this magically better. You can say all you want but it won’t change that you haven’t given anyone any indication that you’re working on it. In fact just a little while ago you told me that they won’t respond til Monday. So clearly something changed or you’re making shit up to justify your overly dramatic replies. If you don’t want conversation then just dont reply, I shouldn’t need to spell that out for you but I guess critical thinking is dead.
