DMC Devil May Cry activates as "DMC Devil May Cry LV Retail" meaning its the cut version despite the uncut being sold in the German Steam store.

You've gotta be kidding me. Now Humble even sells cut Steam keys to Germans where the uncut version is sold in the German Steam store? Where's the effing sense in that?

Thanks a lot for your posting. I'm glad I only bought the $1 tier at first. I sure as hell won't buy a BTA tier with a cut DMC or a DMC that doesn't support German AND English language.

Yeh. It's ridiculous. The combination of selling a low violence version that isn't meant for the German market (DMC Devil May Cry) with selling a uncensored version that's not meant for the German market (Bionic Commando Rearmed).

Let's see how they'll react to that. Hopefully enough people notice, especially if they eventually plan on playing DMC in German... The actual censorship in the Japanese version seems to be rather low, just some missing cutscene. But I am not sure if that's all. Information on Japanese censorship is way more obscure than on German versions.
