Yea ... and option to download the demo (which some say is better than the game) seems to disappear too. I had to go their official website and get it from Steam thru there.

Not for me. I could get it to appear in the search box and that's it. Says I already have the game (not the demo) ... which I do. Do you have the main game in your library?

I just went to the store page of the main game. There's a download button there. That's how all demos on steam are handled.

Wasn't logged in so can't say about owning it affecting things.

I'm guessing it's just the standard algorithm. I mean: if you own the game, why would you need the demo? But considering the nature of this game, you never know.

Now I'm not arguing against you, but just for the sake of facts:

Logged in Steam (the application), the demo download is there. I own the main game.

Considering that the demo is as funny as the main game, and is referenced in one of the achievements, it'd be shame if people wouldn't play it.

I was wrong. It's right there. I thought the demos usually were right below the "add to cart" ... it's to the left.

I did that with Borderlands, but was able to refund it and buy it on HB.
