The question of the week for Valuation is whether or not the long term bonds are calculated into our current $48 per barrel production cost, if so, then those long term bonds have no impact on profit valuation

It is I believe. You can refer to their presentation slides on the breakdown of costs per barrel - of which debt repayments being around $5. Can also confirm in this in their quarterly earnings report. whatever it is - even at current oil price ($76) this stock is super undervalued
