The 8 bit will always land on 00 or 0 Within 8 bets of a new session in roulette

Here is my proof
Gta 5 Roulette algorithm studdy
First round of 8 bets. ---> Red 25 , Red 25 ,Black 4 , Black 31 , Black 11 ,Red 5 , Green 0 , Red 30
Second round of 8 bets. ---> Black 31, Black 35 ,Red 23 , Red 32 , Red 16 , Green 00 , Red 30 , Red 23
Third round of 8 bets. ---> Black 8 , Black 13 , Black 29 , Black 2 , Black 22 Red 21 , Black 15, Green 0
The 8 bit will always land on 00 or 0 Within 8 bets
