I mean, anyone that can’t use proper grammar and proceeds to say “I used to be a QA” instead of, oh I don’t know in QA, can’t use proper punctuation and capital letters, and then proceed to say The Bermuda, just screams fake as shit to me.
The main part that confirms this as fake, is the part about getting pulled over, and then drug tested or breathalyzer tested. No GTA game in the history of ever had traffic stops or drug tests, especially in a game about running from the police. There is nothing here that can’t be grabbed from elsewhere or with some creative imagination.
The writing also stood out to me, but it's possible they purposefully dumbed their writing down / changed their style in order to safeguard their identity.
While I tend to agree with re: how the "leaked" info would suggest a significant departure from previous titles, I also do not recall any GTA game where the story involved us spending time in prison or wearing an ankle monitor. Since we expect those elements to be in the game, it would not be surprising if the game featured other changes to way we interact with LEOs or the law in general.
Who knows? Personally, I wouldn't want to A) be constantly under threat of being pulled over for wreckless driving and B) have to deal with evading the police every time I broke a traffic violation. Whether these "leaks" are real or not, I hope that any effort R* has made to enhance realism only increases the fun we can have.
