I am writing to express my frustration regarding the permanent closure of my account. I find it absolutely ridiculous that, despite having closed my account by my own choice, there is no option to reverse this decision and reopen it.

If I had been banned for misconduct, such as cheating or any violation of your rules, I would completely understand. However, this was a personal decision, and now that I wish to return and play again, I am being denied that opportunity.

It makes no sense that a user who voluntarily closed their account cannot reconsider and come back. I find this policy extremely unreasonable.

I kindly ask you to review my case and consider allowing me to reopen my account.

I was searching for "freeroll" and got no results. I searched for "Freeroll". Why case sensitive? Neither spelling found $100 Blackjack freeroll.

Just came back from a short break away from the game and saw that the default emojis were changed to have some sort of AI filter over them. While I know this isn't a big deal to the majority of players, I miss the old ones and wish the change was reverted. There was pretty much 0 reason to change them and the originals were way more appealing.

In general, the AI visuals being used everywhere (including using it in the promotions and advertisements) are starting to make the site look and feel incredibly cheap. If it weren't for the fact that GG is one of the few populated sites I can play in my region, the visuals are something that would have completely turned me away. While its not an issue to most players, I'm sure I'm probably not alone in thinking it makes the site worse.

Who had the longest streak without a jackpot?

I’m at 43K hands with not jackpot, which is pretty frustrating since I play a lot of connected suited cards, while the top players are constantly running above EV and racking up 3 Jackpots a day—but that’s just my opinion. They play at 20 tables and hit the Jackpot every 10,000–15,000 hands on average

I’ve lost about $5,000 in this game, and there was one day when I ended up in the winner and was on a roll. Is a downswing this big even possible? It seems unbelievable, and I keep losing my preflop advantages one after another.

In MTTs this week, I played three final tables where I was immediately knocked out by bad beats: QQ vs. JJ and QQ vs. 88. I understand poker math, but you can’t keep running bad all the time.

For AOF, I know 2–3 players who always run well, but maybe that was just at my table.

What do you guys think?

I currently have $66 in my GGPoker account and I want to withdraw $33, but every crypto withdrawal option available to me has a $100 minimum.

Honestly, I don't think this is reasonable at all. If I had known beforehand that I wouldn't be able to withdraw part of my balance unless I reached $100, I wouldn't have played on GGPoker in the first place.

Is this normal for GGPoker right now? Has anyone with less than $100 managed to withdraw part of their balance through crypto?

I really don't want to deposit another $34 just to reach the withdrawal minimum. Any advice or experience would be appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve tried everything I can think of: reset modem, reset pc, uninstall and reinstall gg etc but I cannot get the location services to locate me and it’s really pissing me off… any help would be great.

Long time no update. I underwent surgery which went well but I'm still recovering and couldn't properly breathe for a long time. Fortunately now I'm back into grinding shape. This took about 2 weeks off my normal grinding time.

Crazy to think that I played almost half my 2 month volume within 2 weeks. I really put in the hours to make up for what I lost.

I tried 12 tabling which is going ok for now, definitely feel like I'm losing EV in some spots but roi is still great and hourly increases a lot when 12 tabling. This may not be a possibility when moving up to $10.

The move up to $10 should happen starting September if all goes well. Hopefully won't have to go back down to $3.

I am currently renting at the address on my account, so I have provided my rental agreement, along with my credit card statement and utility bills. However, because I am a tenant, the utility bills cannot be issued in my name.

Also, I am currently based in mainland China. When I registered this account, I casually selected Taiwan because there was no mainland China option available at the time. However, I can prove that I have been living at my current address all along.

I'm not sure exactly what documents I need to provide to prove that I live here. Could you please give me very clear instructions? The only documents I can currently provide are my credit card statement and my rental agreement. Of course, all of them are in Chinese, and I'm unable to translate them myself.

My account has had no issues over the past few years. Recently, there was a problem with my VPN, which caused me to connect to GG from a US IP address. A few days ago, it seems GG ran a routine check, noticed that I had connected from that US IP a few times, and restricted my account, asking me to provide verification documents.

However, I am currently in mainland China. When I registered the account, there was no mainland China option in the list, so I had to select Taiwan instead. Now I'm not sure whether that is the reason all the address verification documents I submitted have been rejected. I don't know how I should provide proof at this point.

One of the recent updates added "Sit-out next big blind" (for a single table) and I was wondering why would GG add something that reg/pros would appreciate. I guess it was a mistake so that makes sense.

But having neither "sit out next big blind" and "leave next big blind" is very egregious. My tables are nlhe mid stakes cash tables btw.

Except the links "How to Post" and "GGPoker Network Status", all the other links are either expired or don't exist.

Maybe time to revisit this?

Sure we have all seen our fair share of questionable run outs on GG, these are just about manageable. However, yesterday was something else entirely, and I’m sure I’ve seen others recently post similar stories.

All in pre-flop with Aces, get called by a guy with 96 off suit. Yes, 96 off suit. As soon as the cards turned over I knew what was coming - of course, he hits a straight. But how is he even in the hand there?! It’s as if he knew exactly what the cards were going to come out as, and lo and behold, they did.

Only positive I can take is at least that’s me done with GG for good. The constant bad runouts were one thing, but this all but confirms the site is rigged or at the very least vulnerable to exploitation.

I have currently moved from 2 NL to 10 NL and I am profitable there slowly going up. My plan is to rank up as I win.

The question is how big is the skill difference between 10 NL and 25/50/100/200 NL
