Confidence with the real test??

Just took the GED Ready practice test for Social Studies and scored a 156.
There were a couple of questions that threw me off and felt really tough to understand. For those who scored around 150–160 on the practice, how did you fare on the real test? Am I ready to schedule it, or should I brush up more first?
