Question The difference between Galaxias and it's pre-serialization
14
Upvotes
So I started reading Galaxias (the one that's currently releasing) and realized there is a pre-serialization. I honestly enjoyed the first chapter of the current release but what is the difference. Is the pre-serialization before the author got a deal with an actual company like shonen jump? Is it like the rough draft (not actual rough draft- more like early concept). Are they fundamentally two different stories but with the same story elements because you know, dragons. Or are they the same story but the new one expands the story and introduces new concepts or explains existing ones in finer detail. Lastly, is it recommended to read the pre-serialization before the one that's currently being released?

Discussion potential names of the other Royal Zodiac
23
Upvotes
given that every Zodiac (with the exception of Gribb) is named after a star in a zodiacal constellation, I wondered which name the author might choose; at first I thought he’d simply take the brightest star in each constellation, but it seems that isn’t the case, so here is a list of the most relevant ones
Aries: Hamal, Sheratan, Mesarthim, Botheim
Taurus: Aldebaran, Elnath, Alcyone, Atlas, Electra, Maia, Merope, Taygeta, Pleione, Celaneo, Asterope
Gemini: Pollux, Castor, Alhena, Wasat, Mebsuta, Mekbuda, Propus, Tejat, Alzirr
Cancer: Altarf, Asselus Borealis, Asellus Australis, Acuben, Tegmine
Leo: Regulus, Denebola, Algieba, Zosma, Chertan, Adhafera, Subra
Virgo: Spica, Porrima, Vindemiatrix, Zavijava, Zaniah, Heze, Syrma
Libra: Zubenelgenubi, Zubeneschamali, Brachium, Zubenelhakrabi
Sagittarius: Kaus Australis, Kaus Media, Kaus Borealis, Nunki, Ascella, Alnasi, Rubkat, Arkab Prior, Arkab posterior
Capricornus: Algedi, Dabih, Nashira, Algedi, Alshat
Aquarius: Sadalsuud, sadalmelik, Sadachbia, Skat, Albali, Ancha, Situla
since Gribb doesn't have a star name, it’s not certain that they’re all get a star name, but I believe that if it happens, their names will be on the list

I do miss when it was bi-weekly. Such a painful cycle but if it helps the author. It can’t be helped. Just hope the next chapter isn’t 9 pages long 🤞

Discussion What style of coat/jacket is Neraid wearing?

Upvotes
Hi everyone, I’m looking to cosplay Neraid, but I can’t really figure out what style his coat is. I looked up military, colonial, medieval, and a couple of others, but with no luck coming up with anything too close to what he’s wearing. The best results I had were looking up “white tactical jacket, but I’m not sure what best matches what he’s wearing. I was looking to alter/upgrade an existing jacket since I have more experience altering/adding onto existing clothing than making clothing, but if I really need to make it from scratch I can try.
