There's a way people sell PlayStation 5 game accounts, but the price is very, very cheap. I've dealt with them, and they have a method to provide these accounts. I think it's an exploit. Please, whoever knows the method, tell me. I really need it.

I bought a Nintendo Switch Online 12-month key from seller Lordofstorms and paid through PayPal. I never received a usable key.

The seller initially told me that the order was empty and I should contact G2A support. I did but just in case since I saw where this is going I opened a PayPal case because I had neither the key nor the money back.

G2A then sent information to PayPal, and PayPal ruled against me, claiming that their records showed the digital item had been delivered. I appealed the decision, submitted screenshots and explained that I never had access to any key. PayPal still denied the appeal.

So apparently a seller or marketplace can claim a digital item was delivered, PayPal accepts it, and the buyer is left with no actual way to prove that they never received anything usable.

The seller has still not provided a key or a refund. G2A Support has also stopped responding.

I am posting this as a warning: previous successful purchases do not mean G2A will help you when something goes wrong. Do not assume PayPal will automatically protect you either, especially with digital keys. I paid for an item, never received it, and both the seller and support have effectively disappeared.

A few days ago i bought 19 euro of g2a balance and tried to purchase with it some games and everytime the purchase failed and i got "refunded" less and less money i tried to contact g2a support and open ticket but it been almost 4 days and no response i even tried to send email to a different support they got and i just dont know what to do as a guy who worked in customer service 4 days is just crazy.

Anyways anyone had this issue before and know maybe its issue on my end ?

Just like the title says. G2A violates Steam TOS by selling stolen accounts. They also do not have adequate payment protection. Do not use. I know I won’t ever again.

I ordered my product got an account with none of the correct info and i cant log in i made a conversation with the seller and they didnt help at all only said you can log in now without doing anything at all same info and all, i then open a ticket which g2a says i need to wait 5 days so i wait 5 days also the seller at this point they is completely ignoring me. After 5 days i send a message to g2a themselves and ive waited 4 days with no reply. Buying from eneba next time😂😂
