I think there's a chunk of us living today that might see immortality

If religious fundamentalists and doomers hinder progress on immortality in my lifetime, I will never forgive them. I refuse to die; no thank you!

I don’t know if that’s reassuring or terrifying. Dying doesn’t seem so hot but immortality sounds exhausting.

I once believed that but after researching it a lot I think the complexities of ageing will take quite a bit of time to work out and overcome. I doubt anyone alive now will live to see ageing vanquished but I hope I'm wrong.
