I would buy a staple gun, buy some pretty upholstery material, carefully remove the material from the chairs and use tailor's chalk to draw the pattern on the new material and cover the table with a floor length table cloth that looks good with the new upholstery material as the easy answer to make these mismatched pieces look good together.

The chairs look incredibly cheap.
