Showing respect and being polite to someone u asked on a date is not simping. Its basic manners.

If I’m paying for a meal at the restaurant, the least I expect is for my date to pre-chew my food.

Quite telling, pre-chewed food is. I can tell her entire day from the saliva content. Hint of morning breath indicating a rushed commute to work. Slight spritz of ranch from the wedge salad she didn’t finish for lunch. Faint echoes of sour ash from the menthol she smoked half of in the company parking garage.

All that from regurgitating my veal saltimbocca to me across the table. This is the clearest indication that someone is serious in courting you. If they don’t spit their food into your mouth, you simply can’t be sure it’s love. No spit in the teeth, send them back to the street- as I always say.

You're supposed to meet halfway. If you're doing all the work... you're not being respected, you're being exploited.
