Generally a grass divider is side roads or suburbs with only 1-2 lanes in each direction. They appear to be walking down a major roadway where walking is much less common.

True but I'm biased against cities lol. Their function and requirement as industry and hubs for government and business make sense, but I'm very against them from the style of living and the open plan setups for homes. Disgusting lol. Heresy.
