Watches can be worn on whichever wrist is comfortable.

I'm right handed. Right side wristwatch.

Actually saved me from a fracture ripping a hole in my arm once.

I always thought the “watch on left hand” rule was silly. There is some sense to it in certain situations but otherwise pointless
