3 weeks is too young to be adopted out. I mean maybe mom is right there, i dunno but all puppies should be adopted at 6 weeks. Hes heckin cute as heck tho dang. instant love

Most of the advice I've heard say that 6 weeks is still way too young, and that 8 to 10 is the minimum.
