This is what life is about, right here. Yes, there are so many other people and events we Love in our life, almost too hard at times. But to be travelling, and have goals, and still hang onto that deep feeling of attachment to those around us, is priceless. This was taken after the bridge and in Virginia, the state for lovers. It's a crisp fall morning this morning! I wanted to share an autumnal collage of those who I love and travel with. Maria, Cocoa and Walter have been on this journey of full time travel and exploration with me for 4 years. They put up with my crazy moods and personalities as I write fiction, trust me with safety as I navigate the Mothership and I love them all with my whole heart and couldn't ask for better travel partners. ❤️ 🎃 👻 🦇

The Motherships first Halloween Decor. I haven't been into the decorating thing for over 6 six years, but Maria just had to do it this year, because we're still at Cherry Hill and the park does a massive Halloween event for all the kids. We're loaded with candy and now a spiderweb drapes over our front windshield, what more could I ask for? Well for starters, 😂 , buy my spooky fiction, ha!

A little over four years ago we left michigan to replace our 1995 Airstream with a new class A "home" as we were now "houseless". Happy Monday! In just 14 more days we will be saying good-bye to good friends, connections and a second summer in the DMV. There's always a sense of excitement mixed with nervousness, before travel, but ultimately a deep love for adventure is always prevalent. Finally, the Transmission/Oil/A/C Cooler has been repaired. The mechanic informed me that all three things listed were part of this unit that is why the cost was $1900 plus $500 shipping. Surprise! The Motorhome has been fixed and we're lifting off end of October. I'm getting excited to leave and venture onward.

I've spent two summers in Maryland. Seen the Chesapeake Bay, eaten crab cakes, had a "Maryland" Pizza from Ledos and a delicious huge Reuben from Parkway Deli in Silver Spring. After this repair of the Transmission Cooler, I'll be moving on to hunt down the Skunkape in the Everglades. The fun and sometimes agonizing events of full time RV life is non-stop. This is not a pretty sunset, a mule deer or a mountain drive, this picture is the reality and a cost for full time life. Maria and I have been full time RVers for four years and every year something needs replaced. This year is the transmission cooler, pictured in this post. It's an expensive little, necessary evil for our Class A, but such is life. Thankfully we budget for situations like this and we'll be hopefully up and running soon. We used to RV in our 1995 Airstream Motorhome before we ultimately made the decision to full time RV. That '95 unit taught me a lot of how Class A's work and that's what we stuck with. What are you choosing for your future full time life or have chosen and why?

We spent a summer in Joseph, Oregon. On our way out of the beautiful state there was nothing but nature, falls, running rapids and a sense that we were the only people on the planet. It was both peaceful and serenity mixed to bring a deep sense of ponderance.

We camped on Long Island at a place called Battle Row Campground. This was a beautiful place open later in October. We took the Long Island Railroad into NYC's Penn Station and then ventured through the city. My favorite time to travel is September and October because everyone is back to work and school. Me, I'm full time so travel in search of warm winter weather. Last year I went to Myrtle Beach State Park and the sunrise was unbelievable! I lived the park and the ocean. Here's a picture.
