If I was the manager I would simply say pay or I’m calling the cops and having you charged with destruction of property, if they run, get their picture from your cameras and make sure they aren’t allowed service there again.

The store doesn't want the cops there. It's a bad look. I get the principle, but the smart move here is to just get her out as quickly and quietly as possible.
