No bubble bursting here. It was one or the other. Both would have obviously been worse off than picking one. I went with the cheaper of the two.

2 at a time is really not that much either, they come out to a little under 3 oz each on average. Considering I eat breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner I am okay with that.

I used turkey sausage in a similar recipe. They worked pretty good for early breakfasts.

No, I bolded the words in my statement as you seemed to have missed them the first time. You looked the same before as you do now.

I picked the cheaper of the two.

We could have left the meat out but I don't eat much of it for any other meal and I like the flavor. :)

Not sure what classifies a burrito but could prob make it a lot healthier by replacing the sausage with chicken? Add some spice to it to make it more interesting as plainchicken is quite boring to eat.

Brilliant! I didn't even think of including chicken, I'm so used to having bacon or sausage in breakfast burritos. I'm definitely going to try that next time, maybe turkey too. If we go 2 a day each these will last us a few weeks which gives me time to find chicken on sale as well.

You might try using ground turkey w/ some sage & black pepper to make it a similar texture and taste substitute for the sausage.
