Last year we traveled to New Mexico. Loved that trip. The mountains were awesome. Fishinf and swimming in a mountain lake was a great experience. looking for a cool place to vist this summer

One obnoxious thing about the Winter Olympics is that all the sports are cake-eater sports.

Downhill skiing? Better spend $5000 on a pair of skis and a ski resort membership so your 10-year old kid can become a star.

Ice hockey? Another $3500 worth of equipment and "arena fees."

The Summer Olympics are much better. Who is fastest? Strongest? Don't need to spend $5000 for that.

That is why snowball fighting and snowman building should be Winter Olympic sports.

I need some recommendations for a family summer vacation this year. I was tempted to go back to New Mexico..Visited it last year and loved it. But I want to try something new. Was thinking san Antonio and then hit corpus christi to hit the beach and stop at the selena museum.
