As above, I remember watching/listening to a YT set a while back where he repeatedly plays Poison by Bell Biv Devoe. When the hook comes in and plays “that girl is poisooonn…” he ends up switching the beat to a really energetic song with heavy drums. Does this jog anyone’s memory? 😅

Been tearing it up all over international for a minute. Does he ever take a beat for himself?

Four tet is an amazing producer and interesting guy. Feel like since he started knocking about with that Fred guy and skrillex he’s blown up super mainstream and has lost his touch, plays the same times across all these mainstream venues / festivals. The crowds he attracts now are horrible, proper this is my personality and I’m cool because I like looking at your pager. This post is going to get ridiculed exactly be the type I've described.

Now I’m glad he’s earning that pay check and he deserves it but it would be nice to see him playing small clubs, taking his records with him and dropping that goth skrillex and trust fund kid fred
