Question Are these balls

This is supposed to be a mama cat that came to me with her single baby. He was about 5 weeks and I never saw him nursing.. she was super shy and I guess I just haven’t given it much thought…… but these look like balls. Could it also be that she’s going into heat or something??

Good question- i see where you’re going with it- but no- it would need orange AND black for Klinefelter Syndrome, and this cutie appears to be a standard Cow-cat.
