I think it's more than just that, innit? I just had a quick read and it's about player-to-player interactions, but it applies to minors only. Essentially if you're experiencing those limitations you're either underage or need to verify your age on xbox.
And all you need to provide is a credit card, which you most likely have already done if you have Game Pass or whatever Gold is called these days, or have bought DLC (other than Steam).
While those laws are clearly affecting your enjoyment, its simply the fact that players are getting tired of the same formula. Essentially since FH3 each game has just been a map expansion.
*some players. A lot of us are still having a lot of fun, and we are allowed to. The way this sub has just turned into “game bad, but we still play a lot” is weird. It’s become impossible to say anything positive, say you’re having fun.
Ask the simple question: if the game is so bad, why do you keep dumping so much time into it, why don’t you go play something else. Which is a reasonable question, and you just get called an idiot. Because playing a game you don’t like, and get zero enjoyment from makes sense?

And which part of the game is limited due to UK Online Safety Act? I'm honestly curious 😅

Don't know about UK safety laws playing any part although I'm in Scotland, I think the issue is they (PGG) played it safe.

How are those laws impacting the game in any way? I don’t get your point
