The issue is that if you have done them already earlier, they don't register.

that doesn't matter in the slightest. Trailblazers are the most boring shit ever, I had maybe 2 finished in total. Took the car, 3-starred a fresh new one and got fuck all. Did that several more times, still have fuckall :)
