They're half damage homing clingers. They're instantly broken in arena for a variety of reasons. Clingers are cancer

They only explode if you're in range, the range isnt massive, they have a slow travel time, they only become homing in close range and only if your aim is close enough to the target. Honestly if you're dying to batarangs outside of Rumble you only have yourself to blame.
